Internal Regulations
Article 1 – Purpose
These internal regulations aim to ensure visitor safety, protect exhibited vehicles, and facilitate the smooth operation of visits.
Article 2 – Opening Hours and Access
- The museum is open to the public during hours displayed at the entrance and on the official website.
- Access outside opening hours is prohibited unless special authorization has been granted.
- Children under 12 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Article 3 – Ticketing
- Entry requires the purchase of a ticket or presentation of a valid subscription.
- No refunds are available after ticket purchase.
- Certain areas may require an additional fee.
Article 4 – Visitor Behavior
- It is prohibited to touch exhibited vehicles.
- Any intentional damage to equipment or vehicles will result in legal action.
- Respectful behavior toward other visitors and museum staff is mandatory.
- Running, shouting, or any dangerous behavior is prohibited.
Article 5 – Security and Protection of Property
- Large bags, strollers, and umbrellas must be left at the cloakroom.
- Bringing dangerous, flammable, or legally prohibited items into the museum is forbidden.
- Anyone refusing to comply with security instructions may be expelled without refund.
Article 6 – Photography and Recordings
- Non-flash photography for personal use is permitted.
- Use of tripods, drones, or professional equipment is forbidden without prior authorization.
- Visitors wishing to make reports or recordings must obtain accreditation.
Article 7 – Food, Smoking, and Animals
- Eating and drinking are prohibited except in designated areas.
- Smoking and the use of electronic cigarettes are forbidden throughout the museum.
- Animals are not permitted inside the museum.
Article 8 – Museum Liability
- The museum disclaims all responsibility for theft, loss, or damage to visitors’ personal belongings.
- In cases of force majeure, the museum may temporarily close without notice.
Article 9 – Penalties
- Any breach of these regulations may result in immediate expulsion from the museum without refund.
- Repeated offenses or serious acts may result in legal proceedings.
By purchasing an entrance ticket, each visitor agrees to comply with these internal regulations.
