The Ferrari 812 Competizione is powered by a naturally aspirated 6.5-litre V12 engine producing 830 horsepower at 9,250 rpm and 692 Nm of torque. Capable of reaching an exceptional maximum engine speed of 9,500 rpm, it is paired with a specially optimised 7-speed F1 dual-clutch gearbox. The car accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in just 2.85 seconds and from 0 to 200 km/h in 7.5 seconds, with a top speed exceeding 340 km/h.

The aerodynamics of the 812 Competizione were extensively redesigned compared with the 812 Superfast. One of its most distinctive features is the striking aluminium rear panel replacing the conventional rear window, incorporating vortex generators designed to improve aerodynamic downforce. Its active aerodynamics, dedicated rear diffuser and extensive use of carbon fibre further enhance performance while contributing to weight reduction.

The chassis benefits from Ferrari’s Passo Corto Virtuale 3.0 independent rear-wheel-steering system, designed to improve agility, precision and stability at high speed. With a dry weight as low as 1,487 kg when fitted with lightweight options, the 812 Competizione achieves an exceptional power-to-weight ratio of approximately 1.79 kg per horsepower.

The interior retains the architecture of the 812 Superfast while adopting a noticeably more focused and exclusive configuration. Extensive use of carbon fibre, Alcantara and technical materials highlights the model’s radical character while preserving the level of craftsmanship expected from Ferrari’s flagship V12 models.

Produced in just 999 examples, the Ferrari 812 Competizione holds a distinctive place in Ferrari’s modern history. Its 830-horsepower naturally aspirated V12, capable of revving to 9,500 rpm, combined with its highly limited production and status as the ultimate evolution of the 812, has made it a particularly desirable model among collectors. It also represents one of the most extreme expressions of Ferrari’s front-engined naturally aspirated V12 berlinetta concept.
